Why is my order pending?

If your order is pending, it means that the exchange has not been able to match your order with another seller/buyer yet.

To have your order fulfilled faster, you should check that you have submitted your order at a rate that is not too far from the market rate. You may check the current exchange rate here.

Here's an example:

Assume that the current market is buying IMVU credits at 2800 IC/USD.

Anne submits an order to sell her credits at 2700 IC/USD.
Bob submits an order to sell his credits at 2600 IC/USD.
You submit an order to sell your credits at 2500 IC/USD.

In this case, Anne's order will be fulfilled before Bob's, and Bob's order will be fulfilled before yours.

If your order is too far from the market rate, there is a chance it cannot be fulfilled because no one is willing to buy your credits at the price you are asking for.

If you have already submitted an order that is far from the market rate, do not worry. Simply cancel your pending order, and submit a new order. Any currency that have already been sold will remain sold and the earnings should already be in your FMX wallet, canceling the order simply refunds the portion of the currency that has not been sold.

If you would like to not have to worry about exchange rates, simply submit a Market order instead of a Limit order. Market orders are usually fulfilled instantly.
