How do I increase my withdrawal limits?

Automatic withdrawal limit increase for all new accounts are currently disabled.

To increase your withdrawal limits, please SMS-verify your account if you have not already done so and file a support ticket here on our support site under the Withdrawal Limit Increase category with the following:

• Your avatar name(s)
• Reason for requesting a withdrawal limit increase
• Monthly income from game (this can be in USD, EUR, IMVU Credits, Lindens or any other currency that we support)
• Links to proof of sources of income (this may be links to your shop, or website, or other documents that may prove that your income)

For IMVU users, please also:

• Add FirstMetaExchange as a friend so we can view your avatar page
• Provide us with a link to your avatar page
• Provide us with a link to your catalog

Please do not file multiple tickets as this will only slow us down. For the benefit of other users, we will attend to users with single tickets BEFORE users with multiple tickets. If you need to get our attention, simply update your first ticket and we will be notified. Thank you!
