How do I increase my buying (deposit) limit?

To increase your buying limit, make sure your account is SMS-verified:

To SMS verify your account, please go to My Account > SMS Verification (or click here)

This will help ensure that your account limits increase along with the age of your account.

Having trouble with SMS verification? Check that you're doing it correctly.

Big spender? Need to increase your limit even more? File a support ticket here on our support site under the Deposit Limit Increase category with the following items:

1. Your avatar name(s)
2. The reason for which you need the increase
3. A copy of your utility bill, phone bill, bank statement, national id, OR any other government issued document that shows your name and address used on your PayPal (or other payment) account or credit card.

If you are using PayPal, please also send it from your PayPal email account.
