Why do I get "Error Authenticating Avatar"?
For IMVU users, if you get this message when trying to link an avatar to your FMX account or log in to FMX directly with your avatar (and buy credits), you need to log in to the avatar you are trying to link or log in with first on the IMVU website.
If you are still unable to link your avatar, check that you are doing it correctly by following the instructions at FAQ: How do I add or link new avatars to my account?
