How do I update / track / re-open my support tickets?
The simplest way to find your support ticket is through the direct link in the automated email response you receive after you submitted the ticket (check your spam/junk folder too).
If you didn't get the confirmation email, or have deleted it,
please try one of the following:
1. Log in from First Meta Exchange
a. Login to your account on First Meta Exchange
b. Click on the blue Help & Support tab on the
right
c. At the top of the pop-up, click on
http://help.firstmeta.com
d. Click on the mail icon on the top right-hand corner of the page
to view all the tickets you have submitted

2. Log in on http://help.firstmeta.com (if you already created a password on http://help.firstmeta.com)
a. Go to our support site
and log in
b. Click on the mail icon on the top right-hand corner of the page
to view all the tickets you have submitted
Please DO NOT submit multiple tickets on the same issue.
Instead, comment on your original ticket - this will send us a reminder. Similarly, if you need to re-open a ticket, please re-open only ONE ticket.
Creating multiple tickets will not help us respond to you faster, and will instead slow us down. So please, help us get to your ticket faster by refraining from creating multiple tickets. Thank you for your cooperation!
