I cannot withdraw my money/virtual currency!
If you are not able to withdraw your currencies, chances are that your account has a reversed or disputed payment and has been temporarily frozen until the issue is resolved.
To unfreeze your account:

Check that you have no open disputes or reversed payments (e.g. PayPal, DaoPay, etc) by logging in to your payment account at PayPal or Daopay.

If there are no open disputes or reversed payments, please file
a support ticket here on our support
site under the "Invalid Request" and Frozen Account
Issues category with your avatar name.
Please refrain from filing a PayPal dispute if the credits you purchase have not been delivered to you; We will have to respond to the dispute and that will only slow us down further. Rest assure the credits will be sent to you once the issue is resolved.
