I have a PayPal open dispute/ reversed payment, what should I do?

  1. For open PayPal disputes; Please login to PayPal to cancel or resolve it.

  2. If the payment has already been reversed; Please deposit the exact amount into your FMX Wallet for us to reclaim the payment from you.

    Simply login to FMX and go to My Funds>Real Currency Deposit to deposit the payment from your PayPal account/Credit Card/Daopay.

    Note: If it was a credit card chargeback, you need to deposit an additional US$ 10 per transaction to cover the administrative fee that PayPal charges us for credit card chargebacks.

Then, file a support ticket here on our support site under the Disputes category (or email us at disputes@firstmeta.com) with your avatar name and FMX Invoice ID of the transaction.

You can find the invoice ID of your transaction under My Account>Summary / Transaction History OR in the PayPal payment notification email sent to you.


If you have filed a dispute because you really did not receive your currency in-world, please follow the instructions on FAQ: I did not receive my credits!
