I did not receive my credits!

If you are a first-time buyer or using a new PayPal account, a 24-hour hold will be imposed on your credits purchased. Please visit FAQ: Why is my "Transaction under review"? for more information.

If the above does not apply to you, please log in to FMX and check to see if the currency is in your FMX wallet first.

If the purchased currency is in your FMX wallet, simply withdraw them by going to My Funds > Virtual Currency Withdrawal. If you are not able to withdraw the currency, please refer to FAQ: I cannot withdraw my money/virtual currency!

If the purchased currency is NOT in your FMX wallet, and it does not appear in your in-world avatar after 24 hours, please go to My Account>Account Summary or Transaction History to check the status of your transaction.

If the tranasction is listed as "Pending", do not worry, this means that no charges were made and you simply have to try again if you want to buy credits. Please visit FAQ: I bought credits but why is the transaction still listed as "Pending"? for more information.


If you still cannot find your purchased currency after following the instructions above, file a support ticket here on our support site under the Virtual Currency Not Received category with your avatar name and FMX Invoice ID of the transaction.

You can find the invoice ID of your transaction under My Account>Summary / Transaction History OR in the PayPal payment notification email sent to you.


Please refrain from filing a PayPal dispute; We will have to respond to the dispute and that will only slow us down further. Rest assured that the credits will be sent to you if we find out that they were indeed not delivered.
