I bought credits but why is the transaction still listed as "Pending"?

If you have tried to buy credits but found that the transaction has been listed as "Pending" on your FMX Summary or Transaction History page, please login to your payment account (PayPal, MOL, etc.) to check on the status of the transaction first. Credits will only be sent to your avatar after we receive the payment.

Your transaction is likely to be "Pending" because:

  1. The transaction did not complete because you closed the browser window halfway or decided not to buy credits after you have already been redirected to PayPal/MOL/Daopay/Zong/Paymo's payment site. Do not worry, this means that no charges were made and you simply have to try again if you want to buy credits.

  2. If you have used MOL, you may not have enough MOLPoints in your MOL account and will need to reload your MOLPoints first.

  3. If you have used Paymo, there can be a number of reasons why your payment is not working. You can find out more here.

  4. If you have used PayPal, you could be using a type of bank payment called eCheques which usually take 4-6 working days* to process. To find out more about eCheques, please login to PayPal and then visit this page.


If you are certain that the payment has been completed but is still listed as "Pending", please file a support ticket here on our support site under the Virtual Currency Not Received category with your avatar name, the transaction's FMX Invoice ID and any proof of payment/ receipt.

You can find the invoice ID of your transaction under My Account>Summary / Transaction History OR in the PayPal payment notification email sent to you.
